Refund / Return Policy

Please email us at info@lovelybrielle.com in order to determine whether you are eligible for a return and to begin the return process. 

 

Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached, in order to be eligible for a return.

At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

All intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear are FINAL SALE. ALL JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES (this includes earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, belts, hats, body jewelry, scarves, bandanas and glasses) and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR EITHER A REFUND OR ONLINE CREDIT.
